Written by Sergei Prokofiev specifically to cultivate the love of music
in young children, this classic Russian fantasy has become one of the
best introductions to both the symphony and ballet since it was first
performed in 1938.

and the opportunity to meet the dancers make this a very special experience

LEGENDS OF DANCE

Join us for a very special evening of dance as we bring to the
stage the legendary choreography of George Balanchine’s Serenade.
RCB is also pleased to announce that we have acquired the right
to perform an original work from the co-founder of the Joffrey
Ballet, Gerald Arpino.
This entirely new program also includes a new original work by
guest choreographer, Patrick Corbin and new choreography by RCB
artistic director Jamey Leverett.
