  • Ballet 1

    Ballet 1 is designed for students who are new or returning to ballet. This class will provide an opportunity to gain a strong foundation of technique. Moving at a slower pace, class will focus on ballet positions, vocabulary and proper alignment. 1 – 2 years current experience, or Intro to Ballet completion is recommended (see multi-week series classes).

  • Ballet 2/3

    Ballet 2/3 is designed for those who have taken at least two years of current ballet training. Emphasis in intermediate/advanced ballet is placed on developing technical strength and more advanced movement qualities.

  • Contemporary

    Contemporary is a fusion of modern, ballet and jazz. This unique style explores a wide range of expressive movements and syncopated rhythms. Class is designed to work on finding freedom in the use of movement while developing your technique and building a strong foundation. Each class involves learning original choreography while focusing mastering musicality (This class is intermediate/advanced).

  • Jazz 1

    Jazz 1 will focus on helping you develop an understanding of the foundations of jazz dance, work on basic jazz progressions and phrases before moving onto jumps, leaps, and turns. Jazz experience not required.

  • Pilates for Dancers

    This Pilates mat class is tailored to target and strengthen the muscles used specifically in a dancing body. Focusing on alignment and control, this class will help you find a greater body awareness to supplement your dance technique. No dance experience necessary. Just bring yourself and your mat!
