We are kicking off the season with something special: a groundbreaking residency in Syracuse, NY in collaboration with Syracuse University and Central New York Ballet at the Everson Museum. SYNERGY will bring together the talented dancers of both companies for an evening celebrating the power of movement, creativity, and community. This performance, held in one of Syracuse's most iconic cultural venues, will be an exciting showcase of the artistic possibilities when two ballet companies come together in harmony.

  • SYNERGY brings together the creative voices of four choreographers—Aldo Kattón, Megan Kamler, Shannon Purpura, and Claire Solis—in a dynamic evening of collaboration between Rochester City Ballet and Central New York Ballet. Each choreographer brings a unique perspective to the stage: Kattón’s contemporary vision and theatrical storytelling, Kamler’s nuanced approach to musicality and form, Purpura’s bold movement language, and Solis’s artistry as Artistic Director of Central New York Ballet. Together, their works highlight the power of artistic exchange and the shared energy that defines SYNERGY.
