Thomas started his ballet training at Boston Ballet through the CityDance program and continued up through their pre-professional program.
After receiving the coveted Dorothy L. Herriman scholarship, he graduated from Indiana University Jacobs at Indiana University. He then pursued a professional career as an apprentice with Ballet Des Moines before starting his next chapter with RCB.
